Support at the hard part.

Positioning, interviews, offers and the decision you are not sure about.

Where are you stuck?

Pick the part that is hard.

Positioning support We look at how your experience reads to a principal, and rewrite the parts that undersell the scope you actually held.
What makes a strong résumé

Private work, presented credibly.

Confidential roles are hard to write about. The goal is to show scope and judgment without naming a family, a property or a company.

Before

“Household manager for a private family. Responsible for daily tasks, errands and scheduling.”

After

“Managed a six-person household team across two residences: hiring, schedules, vendor contracts and a $400k annual operating budget.”

Naming the family or the property

Describe the scale instead: number of residences, team size, budget held.

Listing tasks instead of scope

“Errands and scheduling” tells a principal nothing about judgment.

Unexplained gaps

A one-line reason reads better than a silence someone else will interpret.

Three pages of duties

Two pages, strongest role first, outcomes before responsibilities.
