With over 16 years of experience, my work has focused on bringing clarity to complex, high-stakes environments. My background spans the U.S. Air Force, Homeland Security, White House–linked initiatives, and ultra-high-net-worth private clients—contexts where discretion, precision, and calm execution are essential.
That foundation shaped my operational discipline, while real-world experience refined how I support people through pressure, growth, and transition. I founded AW Strategies Co. to unite those two perspectives: disciplined operational strategy and the human judgment required to sustain it.
Today, I partner with individuals, executives, and families to design systems, remove bottlenecks, and strengthen execution in moments that matter. My work is further informed by formal training in change management, ensuring operational shifts are adopted, understood, and sustained without unnecessary disruption.
Having worked extensively across the Middle East (GCC), I bring a global perspective to operational design, advisory, and development—helping clients regain control of complexity and operate at their next level with clarity and confidence.

What Drives Us
What drives us is building and strengthening the operational systems leaders rely on—while partnering closely with the people who run them every day. We help principals and organizations create, upgrade, and stabilize the structures that support performance, scale, and decision-making.
At the same time, we work alongside executive support teams and operators to build the judgment, skills, and confidence required to sustain those systems in real-world conditions. Our role is not to replace existing teams, but to advise, train, and support them—ensuring both the system and the people behind it are equipped to operate at a higher standard.
Our Team
Our team brings deep experience across government service, global operations, and private enterprise, operating with clearance-level discretion in high-trust environments. Collectively, we’ve served in the U.S. Air Force, Homeland Security, and Pentagon-adjacent roles—holding Top Secret–level clearances and supporting missions and clients where precision, confidentiality, and judgment are critical.
Alongside government service, our team has built and operated businesses and supported ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families navigating complex personal and organizational demands. We operate with a shared standard: strategy should reduce friction, strengthen execution, and support the people responsible for running systems day to day—especially when stakes are high.
