With over 16 years of experience, I’ve built my career around one core mission: bringing clarity to complexity. My path has taken me through the Air Force, Homeland Security, White House–linked initiatives, and the high-stakes environments of ultra-high-net-worth private clients—spaces where precision, discretion, and calm execution aren’t optional, they’re required.

And while that background shaped my operational rigor, the truth is that much of my approach was forged through years of trial, error, and real-world lessons that no classroom could teach. Those experiences taught me how systems break, how people get overwhelmed, and how the right support can completely change a trajectory.

That’s why I founded AW Strategies Co.—to merge the two worlds that shaped me: operational mastery and human-centered development. Today, I partner with individuals, executives, and families to streamline operations, remove bottlenecks, and create the clarity needed for meaningful growth.

I’m also expanding my methodology through the Co-Active® Foundations program, deepening the way I support clients through both the doing (strategy, structure, systems) and the being (presence, mindset, relational awareness). Because sustainable elevation requires both.

I’ve worked extensively across the Middle East (GCC), where global perspective and grounded problem-solving became my signature blend: equal parts precision and humanity. Whether through operational design, contingency planning, executive strategy, or development coaching, my focus is always the same—helping people gain control of complexity while growing into their next level.
