Mom, USAF Veteran, Prosci®Certified Change Management Practitioner & Dog Lover
With 17 years of experience spanning the U.S. Air Force, Homeland Security, national-level and White House-linked initiatives, executive operations, and ultra-high-net-worth private service, Aubree built her career inside complex, high-trust environments where discretion, judgment, adaptability, and execution matter.
Her experience also extends internationally, including extensive work across the Middle East, bringing a global perspective to how people, organizations, and private clients operate across different cultures and environments.
She founded AW Strategies around a simple belief: the right people and the right systems can change everything.. and there is a place for everyone.
As a mother, veteran, career executive assistant, and entrepreneur, Aubree also believes exceptional people don't always fit neatly into traditional boxes. Careers evolve. Life changes. Skills transfer.
