We also recognize transferable experience from military and government service, hospitality, aviation, luxury environments, operations, project management, and other high-trust work.

Not always. Some positions require established private-service experience; others are open to strong transferable backgrounds.
We evaluate the whole person—including judgment, discretion, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and experience—not simply titles on a résumé.

Don't automatically count yourself out. We take client requirements seriously, but the strongest candidate isn't always the person who checks every box. If your experience meaningfully aligns, we'd rather understand what you bring to the table.

Yes! The client may engage us to conduct the search, but the placement has to work for both sides.
Candidates deserve clear communication, realistic expectations, transparency, professionalism, and respect throughout the process.
